Integration and Community Outreach

Theatre integration has been vital to the growth and success of my current and past theatre programs. Through classroom integration and community outreach programming, the department is demonstrating the impact integration has on education and community involvement.  


2015 -  Cinderella.  Meet the cast matinees and a family fun night. 

Korczak's Children. Collaboration with World History, Freshman English, Digital Art, Senior Theology, Drawing, Behavioral Science and Honors Western Civilization.

2014 - Shrek the Musical. A sold out bus-in matinee offered to middle school students and a    
"Meet the Cast Matinee" offered to the community. 

2013 - The Laramie Project. Integration with Senior Theology classes and Digital Art.

2012 - Beauty and the Beast - Free Performance in the Park and Family Fun Night.

2011 - Triangle Factory Fire Project Integration with 250 students including 180 senior Theology Students: Triangle Factory Fire Project shirt instructions

2010 - Seussical the Musical.  Middle School Art Contest and Character Brunch

2009 - The Investigation. Collaboration with World History, Digital Art, Senior Theology, Behavioral Science and Honors Western Civilization, led to the creation of our own in-school Holocaust Memorial Museum.
